The digital customer area allows you to consult the analytical reports of the contracted samples with total transparency and agility.

The latest Ematsa Laboratory service satisfaction survey has recorded a record number of participants. Customers particularly value the professional treatment (4.86/5), the quality of field operations (4.77/5) and the resolution of complaints (4.69/5). However, they have also pointed out the waiting time and the lack of information during the analytical process.

Digitalization responds to this need with the digital customer area, users can check the status of their samples and access reports in real time, without having to wait for notifications or calls.

The process is simple:

• Secure and personalized access: each client has a username and password to guarantee confidentiality.
• Monitoring the status of the sample: Allows you to consult and download the partial results of the different determinations as they are validated by the Laboratory.
• Viewing and downloading reports: analytical reports can be downloaded as soon as the sample is completed.
• History and traceability: all reports are archived, facilitating document management and traceability of results.

This tool does not replace human contact, but rather complements it, freeing up time for technical advice and resolving more complex questions.
